At a time of great economic changes and an ever competitive marketplace, the process of concentration between firms and spin-offs of businesses can lead to situations where even the most competent managers and executives may find themselves no longer in line with the strategic directions of their companies.

Our contribution

This advisory program is designed for Executives and Managers whose value and competencies may be sought after and utilized in companies different from their current employer.

The Career Transition Advisory program is thus directed at those companies who wish to value the contribution made by these Executives and Managers by assisting them in repositioning their careers outside in the market.

We begin by assisting the Executive or Manager in putting together his or her professional history, assisting him or her in understanding how the market may receive and value his or her experience.

We also advise the Executive or Manager on how to best activate the range of professional relationships he or she has developed during his or her career so as to identify new projects and new contacts helpful in building the new phase of his or her career.
